Thermal-Aid is committed to providing the best product support available in accordance with manufacturer specifications. We adhere to manufacturer’s warranties where applicable.

• Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Items can be returned within 30 days of original purchase in their original unopened packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of these products, we cannot accept returns of opened packages. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

• If for any reason you receive defective or damaged products, Thermal-Aid will refund the total order purchase amount, including return shipping costs.

• Please contact customer service at info@pac-sh.com to obtain a return authorization. A completed return authorization is needed for all returns and exchanges. Once completed, our customer care team will promptly facilitate an exchange/return.
